Wild Streak features a collection of 39 casino slot games, supporting online and land-based applications, and also develops content for social casinos.
Prague has signed an agreement to acquire all of Wild Streak’s outstanding membership interests in a cash and stock deal valued at approximately $30 million.
Wild Streak’s sellers received $10 million in cash at the completion of the transaction and will receive $20 million worth of Prague common stock, which will be paid out over the next three years.
Prague stated that the deal, along with the acquisition of Spin Games announced in May, will drive its acquisition strategy, enhancing its internal development and distribution of online casino content to enter the US market.
Wild Streak founder and chief executive officer Doug Fallon will join Prague as Group Content Director following the acquisition and will lead the company’s implementation of its US content creation strategy, while also collaborating with the European development team.
