The Dutch Online Gaming Association (NOGA) and the Swedish Online Gambling Operators Association (BOS) have joined forces to advocate for legal gambling brands and responsible gaming practices in their respective territories.

The two organizations have agreed to collaborate to create a secure and dependable online gambling environment in their respective nations by exchanging knowledge and best practices.

The MoU formalizes the long-standing partnership between NOGA and BOS, allowing the two associations to work together more effectively.

“We are both dedicated to providing a high level of customer protection in all aspects of gambling and strongly support the EU’s philosophy of promoting free trade in a fair competition environment,” stated BOS Secretary General Gustaf Hoffstedt.

“Protectionism and monopolies are not the future of the gambling sector; licensing is.”

NOGA Managing Director Peter-Paul de Goeij added: “Sweden has been ahead of the Netherlands in regulating the online gambling market for the past two years. We can gain valuable insights from the experience BOS has gained during this period.”

Our partnership with BOS and other European entities has been fruitful, and this official agreement will bolster our collaboration further.”
