The event has recently received support from members and officials of the European Gaming & Betting Association (ECA), who have also disclosed that numerous executives and decision-makers will be attending ICE London.
Laurent Lassiaz, the CEO of gaming company JOA Group, discussed how ICE London brings together different facets of the industry, emphasizing the crucial role of technology.
Lassiaz stated: “ICE has always provided us with the opportunity to expand our knowledge and discover the best solutions to address short-term and long-term challenges.” “ICE is a blend of ‘hardware’ and ‘software’ solutions, whether it’s new technology, new equipment, unpublished data, or insights from thought leaders.”
“While the event may see a decrease in hardware, I anticipate inspiring ‘software’ exchanges and finding new inspiration.”
Tiina Siltanen, the General Manager of Helsinki Casino and Tampere Casino, acknowledged the networking possibilities of ICE London, adding that this year’s event will be distinct due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Im heading to ICE to connect with like-minded individuals, industry professionals, and the brightest minds in gaming,” Siltanen remarked. “I’m eager to engage in discussions, exchange ideas with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and forge new connections within our sector.
“This year’s ICE will be distinct from previous editions, but I wouldn’t miss this pivotal event. As we emerge from the pandemic, we must collaborate to construct a more robust and prosperous gaming industry for the future.”
Stuart Hunter, head of Clarion Gaming, stated that despite the impact of the pandemic on ICE London, it will still feature a multitude of significant events and exhibitions for attendees.
“Although the on-site experience will deviate slightly from 2020, ICE London 2022 will remain the largest and most crucial exhibition in the global gaming industry, with over 450 companies showcasing their offerings,” he explained. “Attendees will have access to a wide array of activities, including Pitch ICE, the International Gaming Conference, the World Regulatory Briefing, the ICE VOX conference program, the Consumer Protection Zone, our innovative meeting program, and the premier esports showcase, all integral components of the ICE London experience.”
Its been a long time since our sector has had the opportunity to connect in person, and we’re thrilled to bring everyone together to commemorate the return of global commerce in a secure setting.
The event organizer, Clarion Gaming, declared earlier this month that ICE London will take place at ExCeL London from April 12-14. The gathering was initially scheduled for February but was delayed due to the effect of the Omicron variant of the coronavirus.
