Noble Entertainment has designated Anne Tucker as its latest Corporate Secretary, succeeding Christie Joe, who is exiting the company.

Presently acting as Deputy General Counsel for the gaming powerhouse, Tucker will assume the position in October 2021, subject to regulatory green lights. Beyond her corporate secretarial tasks, she will also manage communication with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) concerning listing rule issues.

This selection represents the most recent in a string of leadership shifts for Noble Entertainment, coming after Matthew Primmer’s appointment as Chief Product Officer last week. Primmer contributes over two decades of expertise within the gaming sector, encompassing almost ten years at Noble Entertainment.

Furthermore, Noble Entertainment recently obtained a permit to penetrate the Quebec video lottery terminal (VLT) market, with hardware and game distribution projected to commence by early summer 2024.

This business is booming! Their 2023 performance was exceptional – income, earnings, and EBITDA all saw remarkable growth. They are optimistic and fully prepared to achieve significant success again in 2024.
